The oldest residential building in Szentjakabfa has been renovated according to today's comfort requirements. The house harmoniously combines the cozy atmosphere of the farmhouses with the functions of a modern lifestyle. It has 3 separate rooms with private bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a spacious summer kitchen. Thinking of those arriving with children, 2 rooms can be opened together on request.

Our unique Hungarian-style guesthouse was built in early 19th century and its furnishings, even after renovation, are reminiscent of that era. It is located 7 km from Lake Balaton and 4 km from Káli basin, on the northern shore of the lake. All the important rooms (kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, bedroom) are on the ground floor, with a steep staircase to the attic leading to a more modern bedroom. It is a listed building. Accomodates max. 5 people. Nice indoor playing area for kids.

There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
