Relax with the whole family at our peaceful place. The home has been in our family for over 60 years. We keep it mom ready so you will notice things in the closets. The home is 45 minutes to Ann Arbor, 40 minutes to Toledo, Ohio, 2 hours to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio, and 60 minutes to Detroit. The driveway will accommodate a truck and boat if you want to fish on Lake Erie. It is a great location for playing in the city, going to a U of M football game, or just relaxing in a quiet backyard.

It's a small space to get away to relax and enjoy the beach without spending a lot of money. New outdoor private hot tub just installed October 2024. Soak in our claw foot bathtub. Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well.

There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.
