The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Relax and enjoy the warmth of a toasty fire, sipping cocoa, roast marshmallows or soak in the hot tub in the covered outdoor patio. Enjoy the country setting while still being close to town! The home is located on a small farm where people come and go to take care of the animals. It is also located next to a business which occasionally has clients visiting as well as deliveries being made. The hours are from 8am -5pm. Please note: There is sometimes noise from traffic on the rural highway.

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!!
