I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

We loved Florian's house and were sad to leave it! The location is unique because it is immersed in nature. The sea view is magnificent, but there is also the mountain rock and the many trees with all the birdsongs that make you feel out of time, or rather in an older time, with the sound of bells in the distance. The house is very contemporary and very comfortable. Everything is perfectly arranged and equipped. Every part of the house is pleasant both outside and inside. Florian was very friendly and concerned with making sure we had everything we needed. Really very relaxing and exotic stay!

Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. Our trip was incredible. Pierre was very welcoming from the moment that we checked in and was very accommodating and quick to respond by message. He showed us around the property, gave us some oranges from his tree as well as a welcome gift, and has a very detailed book of how to explore the South of France. Highly recommend following! We followed his recommendations to both the pizza place by his house, soooooooo good, and the one in town and he has great taste in food. You can tell he is proud of his home and making sure his guests are well taken care of! The house was very clean and exactly how it’s pictured. The shower was amazing!! This is a perfect holiday spot, especially for the upcoming summer season. We met his cute little dog, Cara(?) who was an absolute delight every morning as her and our pup would do zoomies together. I highly recommend his place as you have privacy from the city, and a perfect little oasis on the mountain side! Thank you again Pierre and Cara!

Thank you Eric for sharing your home. Beautiful hillside retreat with stunning views and scenery. Lovely place to stay for a family with older children. Would recommend hire car as unable to access without one. The location is amazing but not able to walk to restaurants or supermarket so stock up in Nice before heading up the hill. That being said we loved our week and it was so relaxed with everything we needed for BBQ and poolside living.

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. We loved the apartment and will definitely return in the future. No complaints from us and a whole lot of words of appreciation! Thank you for hosting us!

Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)
