En hyper centre, très bel appartement T2, 37 m² au 2e étage avec balcons. Idéalement situé à proximité des thermes et de toutes commodités. Il se compose d'une agréable pièce à vivre combinant séjour et cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un canapé convertible en lit de 140cm. Le tout exposé sud et ouest ouvrant sur 2 balcons desquels on peut admirer un magnifique panorama du Sancy au Puy de Gros. IL dispose d'une chambre avec rangements et un grand lit en 180cm. Enfin une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
