Ideally located whether in winter for the ski slopes or in summer for hikers we are 12 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 minutes from Combloux, 25 minutes from Contamines Montjoie, Megève and Chamonix and 5 minutes from the Thermes de St Gervais Perfect for a couple looking for peace and quiet while being at the center of tourist attractions and activities.

A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. There is free common parking outside belonging to the building. There is a communal sauna downstairs in the building as well and a baby cot available on request.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

This cottage for 4 to 6 people (two separate bedrooms plus the living room) will allow you to have a great time with family or friends in the charming village of Mont Saxonnex with its slopes and many hiking trails that will allow you to discover the Bargy range, with Lake Bénit at its feet. In this refurbished and fully equipped cottage, you will have two bedrooms for two people, with a sofa bed in the living room.

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
