Holiday rentals with a patio in Montady

Pleasant accommodation, super well-equipped and very well located. Very responsive host and very good communication, it's very satisfying. Small courtesies (hygiene products, coffee, drinks) thank you. Just the rooms don't have exterior windows which may possibly disturb some people but no problem for us☺️.

We had a very nice time in Cap d'Agde. The apartment is in a great location and the view from the apartment directly to the sea is great. The apartment is equipped with everything. Also suitable for children. Direct access to the beach. The only downside was that during our stay, very loud construction work took place in several apartments around us in the house.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. It met all our criteria: it is spacious for a large family (7 adults and 3 children), very well furnished, clean, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the center of Béziers. The barbecue on the beautiful flowered terrace is a real plus. Priscille was a welcoming host, very responsive, attentive and available. She really took care of us, the "traveler's favorite" mention is well deserved. We felt right at home.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before we arrived. Benjamin, who took care of the check-in and check-out, was great too! We loved our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. We enjoyed our stay at Julia's place so much! The space is quality. There is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The amenities are quality, as is the furniture. Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

A large, very nice house, very nice patio. 2 bathrooms for five people. Good communication.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

Alexandre is very responsive. Apartment well located and very well located for everything on foot. Quiet and superb good bedding. I recommend it for a couple passing through for a few days. We'll be back.

A perfect day, that's the price, all within walking distance, beautiful apartment.
