Private parking space in the closed courtyard at the door of the accommodation.

Have fun with family or friends in this cozy space for up to 8 people. You will have alone the house located on a large lot to park your vehicles. On the ground floor there is a large entrance with a sofa bed and upstairs, fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with king size bed and TV, living room with fireplace for evenings by the fire, 2 sofa beds, large TV and dining room.

Romantic holiday cottage in a fruit garden

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely little outbuilding next to the Briare Canal, and close to the Venice of Gâtinais (Montargis) and about 1 hour from Paris. This small house is in a closed courtyard at the end of our property, you can access it and settle in peace. Dogs are welcome (we have 1).
