Family-friendly holiday rentals in Monte Carlo

Cette maison est un petit paradis et Maryse est une hote absolument charmante, réactive et attentionnée. La vie est incroyable et la maison est bien connectée en transports en commun.

This is one of those places where you get what you pay for: it is in a great location (convenient to train station; great views; above the promenade in the heart of old town); it is a great unit (very clean; all rooms were very spacious; and surprisingly really nice artwork throughout); and the host Jonathan was everything you would want (he was very responsive; provided clear instructions; and was very pleasant to communicate with). We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Viellefranche.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Emmanuelle và Philippe đã chào đón chúng tôi rất ấm ấp như gia đình. dù chúng tôi check-in vào tối muộn, họ vẫn chào đón. mì gói họ chuẩn bị sẵn trong phòng đã làm chúng tôi hạnh phúc sau 1 ngày dài trên chuyến bay. Căn phòng rất xinh xắn ở miền nam nước Pháp. chúng tôi đã tận hưởng các bữa sáng ở hồ bơi, và nó thật tuyệt. họ thậm chí còn tặng chúng tôi quà và croissant vào buổi sáng và nó rất thơm ngon. cảm ơn chủ nhà đã làm chuyến đi thêm tuyệt vời!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie hat uns sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir vier Stunden Verspätung hatten. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in dem mit Liebe gemachten und gepflegten sehr hübschen Garten. Die Wohnung, welche sehr stilvoll und spirituell eingerichtet ist, beinhaltet komplett alles was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Gerne haben wir das Spa genutzt, besonders bei praller Sonne da es im Haus ist und dazu eine sehr schöne Aussicht bietet. Ein eigener Parkplatz in der ruhigen privaten Lage runden den angenehmen Aufenthalt ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

WOW. Charming, inspiring, peaceful, and AMAZING!!! I could have lived there forever. Everything about this place was perfect! Having the window open to listen and watch the birds play and people enjoy the fountain during the day and then the peace that sets over the place at night sets you up for the most amazing sleep! There is air conditioning if needed and everything you need for the most comfortable and charming stay! Walking distance to everything you need and more and THE VIEWS around every beautiful corner!!! We ate wonderful food and had the best time!! What we enjoyed most was chatting with the hosts and shopping in their gallery and shop right there! Don’t hesitate to stay here - I know we will return!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Liebe Frederique und lieber Olivier, wir vermissen eure schöne und charaktervolle Wohnung jetzt schon! Acht Tage Nizza schienen uns lang, waren aber viel zu kurz. Gern würden wir viel länger eintauchen in die spannende und freundliche Nachbarschaft und in die faszinierende Architektur der Stadt. Und am Wasser spazieren gehen, mit einem Glas Wein am Strand sitzen, das gute Essen in kleinen Restaurants genießen... Nizza sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn wir Glück haben, auch eure Wohnung :) Danke euch beiden für die immer schnelle und präzise Kommunikation und Olivier für's Abholen an der Tram-Station, für den Koffer-Service im Treppenhaus(!!) und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

Un très bon séjour. Très bel emplacement. Un joli logement dans une propriété bien entretenue. Le point fort de ce logement est la tranquillité loin de l’agitation de la ville et la belle et grande terrasse.

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience. The flat was centrally located in a beautiful square. Beach and Train station are within walking distance and the tram line has a station right outside the flat. The balcony was a nice perk, especially for AM lunch or PM drinks. Upstairs was a little tight, especially if you are 6+ feet, but I managed to get by ok. Nora (our point of contact) was lovely. She greeted us upon arrival and was very quick to respond. We had some issues with the espresso machine and Nora replaced the machine— extremely accommodating.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Odilie er veldig vennlig og hjelpsom, vi kom litt før tiden og fikk sette fra oss kofferten og skifte og mottok nøklene før tiden :) Takk , vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

Wirklich Stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt beim persönlichen Check In & uns wurde alles gezeigt. Im Vorfeld eine gute und professionelle Kommunikation und Anweisung. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Unser Highlight war der Pool 🫶🏻 Absolut empfehlenswert. vielen lieben Dank für alles und alles Liebe.

We had a winderful night at this villa. The bost was an amazing women who let ys to be flexible for check-in and check-out. Warm welcoming with her family. At the end, a great green tea from the host ended our journey over there. Hope to see you and your amazing villa again !

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

A lovely quiet spot between Biot and Valbonne. A car is necessary but it gives you incredible flexibility to explore the area with ease and convenience. The contrast to staying in Antibes, Valbonne or Biot is that parking is tricky and the units much smaller. This was a perfect balance.

Alloggio con vista mozzafiato. Pensiamo sicuramente uno dei migliori del residence. Fantastico terrazzino dove pranzare con vista su mare e piscina. Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo con belle stoviglie e con tutto quanto serve in cucina. All'arrivo siamo state accolte da aperitivo di benvenuto: vino e salatini. Bagno piccolino ma nuovo con bellissima e grande doccia. Sara gentile e disponibilissima ogni volta che l'abbiamo contattata. Insomma, da consigliare agli amici e...speriamo di ritornarci!
