Holiday rentals with a pool in Monte Carlo

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Ein Traum einer Unterkunft, die noch schöner in Realität ist als auf den Bilder, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche lädt ein zum Kochen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim Pool gibt es ausreichend Schatten, sodass es im Sommer nicht zu heiß ist und man gerne draußen verweilt. Jeder Bereich des Hauses ist ein Genuss, wir wollten gar nicht abreisen! Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, die Flughafen Nizza ist je nach Verkehr in 45 bis 60 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

War alles super! Wir konnten am morgen um 7 Uhr schon einchecken und Alex war immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Es war ebenso alles genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das, das eine Bett zu zweit bisschen zu knapp war aber das hat dann die Aussicht wieder gut gemacht! Wenn es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlägt kommen wir auf jedenfalls wieder :)

Villa stupenda immersa nel verde con un giardino grande e curatissimo e uno stile veramente di ottimo gusto. La posizione è tranquilla, nell’incantevole borgo di Roquebrune, e gode di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e su Monaco, da ogni angolo della casa. Ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, pulite e ordinate, bagno come da descrizione fornito di tutto il necessario, altrettanto vale per la cucina ben fornita e pulita. Nathalie è stata veramente disponibile e gentile nelle procedure di check-in e check out e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Se si desidera andare a Monaco in treno, per raggiungere la stazione ci sono un paio di rampe di scale abbastanza ripide ma non infattibili, per tornare se non si vuole fare fatica è meglio prendere un taxi. Grazie mille Gregory e Nathalie, speriamo di tornare presto!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Härligt boende i ett av de finaste residensen i fridfulla Menton Garavan. Generöst värdpar som månade om oss. Stilfullt med alla faciliteter och behov uppfyllda , omgivet av en underbar trädgård. Stort plus för den stora terrassen, utsikten och privata lillpoolen. Vi längtar tillbaka!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍

Un’oasi di pace , relax totale casa con tutti i comfort , posizione strategica , Mougins a 10 minuti , Cannes e altre località facilmente raggiungibili , nei dintorni supermercati fornitissimi e molteplici servizi . Super soddisfatti. Roxana è stata molto gentile, ci ha anticipato il check-in visto che siamo arrivati presto, sempre molto attenta alle nostre richieste, ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente! Famiglia di 4.

Schönes großes Haus, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool, viel Platz. Betten und Kissen fanden wir etwas unbequem, vor all die Plastiküberzüge. Leider gibt es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Und auch keine Fliegengitter. Da wir wegen der Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten, bekamen wir jede Nacht unendlich viele Mückenstiche. Und Mückenmittel half da auch nicht.

We loved our stay at the house, the value for money was great! The garden was perfect for our five year old to run around in and we had almost all our meals outside. Pascale was super flexible with both check in and check out time, letting us stay until 5 pm the day of our departure. The location is perfect, as long as you have a car. We visited a bunch of villages and also went to the beach during our stay. A really large Super U (supermarket) is 10 min by car.

Nous avons opté pour cette maison pour des retrouvailles familiales. Ce fut idéal pour tous les âges, des enfants aux grands parents. Chacun y a trouvé son bonheur dans les chambres et dans une grande pièce de vie et une cuisine très fonctionnelle. La météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter des extérieurs qui semblaient pourtant être tout aussi agréables. Vous pourrez compter sur une réactivité de la propriétaire qui vous apportera toutes les réponses à vos questions. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente !

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft auf dem Berg mit wundervoller Aussicht. Küche und Wohnung sind super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man muss jedoch ein kleines Auto haben oder sehr gute Rangierfähigkeiten, um täglich auf den Berg die Serpentinen hochzufahren. Es ist teilweise sehr eng und auch sehr steil. Bei Gegenverkehr muss man auch mal rückwärts fahren. Ohne Auto kommt man jedoch nicht hoch, da der Weg sehr lang und steil ist.

We could not have had a better place to spend a week with 3 families. The Villa is stunning and natural. You feel like you’re staying at your own family’s home. Close to Vence, but private with all of the amenities you’ll need. What a fantastic experience. We will be recommending Albert’s place to family and friends and hope to visit again.
