Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. The house is equipped with an ample parking space and a large garden. Possibility of adding beds up to 4 people.

Sarò lieto di ospitarvi in questo luminoso e moderno appartamento nel rione di Roiano, una "piccola cittadina” all'interno della splendida città di Trieste". L'immobile si trova a 10 min dal centro . Ottimi i servizi pubblici con una frequente linea 5 e linea 8 che vi collegheranno al centro città in pochi minuti. Ho cercato di ristrutturare l'appartamento dotandolo di tutti i confort necessari per una splendida permanenza. Non vedo l'ora di incontrarvi

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, unserer Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt vom Balkon aus war unser Highlight der Unterkunft sehr Schön um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt mit Bus und Tram was die Lage etwas außerhalb auf keinen Fall zu einem Nachteil macht. Paolo ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr Schnell auf Fragen.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Thank you , Elvis , for the treats and being a wonderful host A+

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Matjaz was a great host and I enjoyed staying at his place in Trieste. Matjaz was always quick, clear and friendly in his communications before and during my stay, and the check-in process was hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious and with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals each morning. The terrace was the perfect setting for evening drinks. The location for me was ideal - right near lively Viale Venti Settembre and a short walk to the city centre and waterfront. All in all a positive experience!

Geweldig mooi appartement, volop privacy, zeer compleet ingericht. Erg genoten van de Jacuzzi en verder van alle gemakken voorzien bv vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, airco enz enz enz. Ruim appartement/penthouse, parkeren in parkeergarage, snel reagerende host. Kortom, GEWELDIG!

The accommodation was fantastic, so clean and a lovely welcoming from Alenka & Katarina. Has all the necessary facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and parking outside the place. The hot tub and pool was a highlight also. So grateful to have stayed and would highly recommend !!
