Well appointed and private apartment with beautiful surroundings. Great for a couple with everything you could want for a country getaway in Sonoma.

We loved our two nights at Amy’s place with our two pups! I wish we would have planned to stay longer, there was a lot more to explore in the area! It was SO clean. We usually feel like we need to re-clean just to feel ok in Airbnb’s but Amy’s place felt like we were staying at a friend’s place that we trusted. The homemade delivered muffins were a treat and she gave us some awesome local recommendations. The bed was comfortable and it was super quiet!

Absolutely incredible place! I have stayed at many airbnbs either for private travel or travel with large groups and this has by far been my favorite places we stayed at. Incredibly peaceful and friendly community, reminded me a lot of my hometown up in the mountains. There is plenty of adventures to go on if you are a nature lover. If you are not a fan of small communities without any “main brand” franchises near by, you might want to consider staying somewhere closer to Mill Valley but the family owned businesses here are top notch! The hiking trail right by the house was incredible and the beaches there private and very well maintained. Belinda and her husband were always responsive even though we didn’t have many questions and were great hosts with many recommendations that we went to! I couldn’t recommend this place enough especially if you need a secluded retreat! Will definitely be coming back here again!

The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

This is a hidden gem in a spectacular part of the wine country. We were able to explore the area and ate in one night, thoroughly enjoying the views. I loved walking around the vineyard in the morning and evening. A definite return stay for us. The hosts could not have been better or more accommodating.

Great spot! Superb communication took us right to this lovely, peaceful home in the redwoods. Occidental is minutes away and completely charming. The house had everything you need for a fantastic stay, especially the kitchen- everything is exactly where you'd expect to find it. Large spacious Great Room, spotless bathroom, great bed, and charming furnishings. This is not a spot for children or pets which was perfect for us. Really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s in Duncan’s Mills—this place had it all! Beautiful scenic views right off the back balcony and easy river access, made us feel immersed in nature. Plenty to do with your own private dock, kayaks, bikes, hot tub, and nearby town/shops just a mile down the road. Would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. Kelly was also an excellent, responsive host and helped make our trip nice and smooth. Thank you!

This home has the most beautiful views and the house is wonderful as well. The furnishings were cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The view looking out into the woods and river from the living room is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in late April and it was a bit rainy so it wasn’t feasible to enjoy the river, but the location more than made up for it. The proximity to Armstrong Redwoods, Jenner, and several charming nearby towns made for a perfect mix of hiking, beach walks, and exploring local spots.

Amazing spot with all the amenities you need for a lovely time at the river. They even had extra beach towels and the kitchen was stocked well with spices and all the cooking things! Hilary’s communication was really spectacular too. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much for everything.

We had a perfect stay at James and Fawn's place in the redwoods. The beds were comfortable, the heating was cozy, and we loved being surrounded by trees in all the windows and having a deck to eat outside! It was just what us city folks needed to get away -- peace and quiet. Although it is next to a busy road, you cannot hear it inside at all. Plenty of markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. And great hiking!! Thank you for our stay!

We had such a great time! The home was beautiful and we felt comfortable and at home. Instructions were fabulous and Jaysa was extremely friendly and accommodating. The river was great, however, we will wait next time for the dam to be released. Still had a lot of fun in the water and enjoyed ourselves immensely! Just a wonderful time and would love to go back!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Eric is a great host. I had multiple logistics to juggle, moving out of my home, schedule changes, etc. I look forward to staying at this spot soon!

Great place, great location, perfect amenities. Used the pool, workout room and quick drives to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Perfect for a family of 6!

The unit was beautiful and had lots of amenities! We booked two units for a group of 8 girls. Lots of fun activities, comfortable rooms, fun recommendations, and plenty of beds. The only unfortunate part was no free WiFi as a guest, but this was fine for one night.

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall
