Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This is a fully renovated studio nestled on the quiet hilltop. It's in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This is a back house and the host live in the front house. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. New 55" 4K smart TV and Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

Experience Tiny Home and Cottagecore living set in a private and gated backyard with nearby amenities! Convenience store just steps away along with grocery stores, shopping, hospital, Laundromat, bars and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive or have everything delivered! Please be aware that it's one TWIN BED and sleeps one person comfortably, but can sleep 2 if you are very fond of your travel companion.
