House holiday rentals in Montecrestese

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The Rustico is furnished with great attention to detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

We stayed overnight in Flavia's accommodation and had a very nice stay. It is a very well-kept house with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

We spent 2 weeks in the lovely holiday home of Jenny and Ivan. In a quiet village at the top of the mountain. A road with beautiful hairpin bends to the top. Beautiful and green surroundings with beautiful views. The house is large with 3 floors. A nice large kitchen with everything you need to cook. 2 pallet stoves that warm the house wonderfully when it is cooler in the evening. 2 large terraces with views of the mountains and terrace downstairs. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Thank you Jenny&Ivan, you are great hosts

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Everything went well, the apartment was very clean and well equipped, in the center and close to the stations.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

This beautiful rustico is perfect! It is ideal for families, as it is located in a fantastic environment and is also very easy to reach by car. Julian is a great host. The check-in was very easy and perfectly described. Thank you for everything, we are looking forward to our next visit!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. The communication with Alberto was also super, always responded quickly and kindly. Alberto and Lorenza thank you for your hospitality, the chance that we will come again is great! Perfect for relaxing and simply taking a deep breath. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen - nothing was really missing here! Ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would come back anytime!

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. Upon arrival, it took a while to find out where we were supposed to be and which cottage it was. Everything you need is in the cottage! Beautiful view and perfect base for beautiful walks. Very cozy place and despite the heavy rain we had a great time!
