YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT AT YOUR DISPOSAL (no other guests) The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the entire Sibillini mountain range that can be admired from the large private balcony. Perfect area for reaching places of interest such as the many nearby ancient villages, hiking trails, mountain areas. BREAKFAST INCLUDED - also local products.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

And for the curious... there are even two friendly little goats!
