The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Guests can take advantage of the south-facing terrace, as well as the shade of the trees and the coolness of the garden on the ground floor. You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, its nougat shops (our local sweets).

Welcome to the Gîte Sous les pins, in Drôme Provençale, between countryside and forest. This 70 m2 air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.
