Our charming equipped apartment sleeps 4 people (6 with an inflatable mattress). Comfortable and functional in a quiet area of Montelimar, it will be entirely at your disposal. Outside the house you will have access to the swimming pool, then to the garden which offers multiple entertainment (June period) This warm apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Please note, this apartment is adjoining our house. The outdoor areas are to be shared.

Welcome to Gîte Sous les Pins, in Drôme Provençale, between countryside and forest. This 70 m2 cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc... You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms with views of the wooded park are equipped with storage and wardrobe, a 2-person sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. Private terrace of 50 m2 with jacuzzi (2 nights minimum)

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)
