Strategic location to reach Alba, Asti, Aqui Terme, Nice Monferrato and Canelli. For a relaxing stay we are located a few minutes from the thermal baths of Agliano Terme. Within walking distance of the main services offered by the town, grocery stores, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas.
