60 m2 apartment on the ground floor in the Old Town. Exceptional location. Place Stanislas is a 5-minute walk. All you have to do is drop off your luggage. Netflix, Prime, Wi-Fi. Pedestrian area, however, there are parking spaces in the streets right next door or private parking lots within a 5-minute walk. Important: Presence of a sensor that detects noise pollution. This sensor is legal and respects privacy. Parties are forbidden. Profiles with comments ++ required for acceptance

Small 25 m2 house in the backyard, completely renovated and with a garden and terrace. This accommodation will bring you calm and tranquility, ideally located (10 minutes from Nancy) in the municipality of Champigneulles, 200 m from the small city center where you will find all the essentials for your stay (bakery, restaurants, tobacco, supermarket). Its location is therefore an asset, the train station is 500 m away, bus stops in front of the house and highway access 2 minutes away.

A unique design in an atypical souplex-type configuration. Come and discover this superb little 30 m2 loft located in the heart of the hyper-center, a stone's throw from Place Stanislas and opposite Rue Gourmande. Fall in love with the neo-retro decor bathed in the world of travel, all under the gaze of a 1974 Moto Guzzi. The building is backed by old fortifications of the city of Nancy where you will find in the room each stone signed by the cutter of the time.

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bathroom linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. Outside, two terraces including one with a shed and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The town of Xocourt is located 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all amenities (catering, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.
