Excellent location near a park and many restaurants to go out, our host is always attentive asking if we needed something very attentive, the apartment is very clean and matches the photos, we love it and we will be back in August

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this apartment. It's comfortable, clean, and safe. We felt at home. Araceli is very attentive and it is very easy to communicate with her if we have any questions. 100% recommended.

The place is comfortable and clean. It's small but has the basics you need. It is very close to the UANL, it feels safe to walk. There are pharmacies, oxxos and some small food establishments nearby.

The accommodation is very good, the facilities are clean and everything is in good condition, the air conditioning works 100% and the place is very cozy and pleasant, the location for our purposes was incredible and Jesus' service was very good. He was always available with clear instructions and mobility recommendations, etc. In general, everything was very good. I highly recommend it

Easy to find, everything was great from the building's reception. A very comfortable place to stay, in front of Arena Monterrey and Parque Fundidora. It was easy to get to other places because it is connected to primary roads. Comfortable for resting, inside the apartment it offers amenities such as board games and TV to have a good time

We had a great time staying here. Everything is closed by and overall a great experience for the whole family.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity of the Monterrey Arena and it was amazing, we were treated well at reception, a very safe place, the accommodation was very comfortable, pleasant and faithful to the publication, too bad it was only one night, but I will consider this accommodation again.

Great place to stay! Ivan and his team always try to go above and beyond to communicate and assist you in everyway. The property is bigger than I was expecting, and with all the amenities that the building and the location has to offer, it was an AMAZING stay and I would definitely recommend it. Looking forward for our next trip to MTY.

The location allows you to go to all the surrounding municipalities with ease, the place is very comfortable and practical. The point is very accessible and practical

Very comfortable, with much needed items. Ideal for rest. The only thing I didn't like was that you could not use grills or entertainment room ( a room with a large TV to watch a soccer match per ejem and Pool table) for exclusive use of the owners and it was not clarified

Carlos Eduardo is the best! He was an excellent communicator from start to finish, making check-in and our stay completely smooth. The Airbnb itself was cozy, clean, and just right for a relaxing getaway. We loved how much there was to do nearby—plenty of food, fun, and local spots to explore. It’s the kind of place we’d definitely come back to, especially with the whole family. Highly recommend!

It was really good and comfortable. Romeo was very friendly and helpful, flexible with check in timings. The location was central and you can easily travel to landmark locations.

The places close to a lot of things I recommend going to the little 80s bar nearby. Also the coffee at the coffee places they have in the building is awesome. The place is small. It’s for a small family.perfect get away

The stay exceeded expectations , the area is very good, it is quiet to walk during the day and night, it is close to other shopping centers and places to know. Within the area there are places to have fun , have a coffee, or just walk around the place with the advantage of returning to the stay quickly and at any time. The view from the stay is incredible, as well as every part of it, I would return at another time without thinking about it.

Mariana is amazing Host, we were there a month, the building is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and has a spectacular view of the city, it looks just like the photos, really clean, really close to everything, the location is in the most beautiful area of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mariana is the person who always respond immediately and she help us with a lot of information about the city, transportation and other things. we wanna say thank you for your hospitality
