Beachfront holiday rentals in Montesilvano

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Very comfortable apartment for 2 people, everything works properly and it is in an excellent location almost on the sea and close to everything, it also has a garage inside the building which is very important especially if you go in high season. Paolo is very kind and polite. I stayed out of season and I found the price very convenient. I don't know what it will be like in other months. I recommend it!

The listing looks exactly as pictured. Laila was kind in every interaction, welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic for those who want to enjoy some sea quietly, without having to move a little. In fact, a few minutes away is Pescara, which is closer than Montesilvano being the accommodation right on the border with the city (I mean the pedestrian area where you can take a walk in the evening, with stalls, etc.). Also a strategic point for trips on the coast, a short distance away there is also the whole part dedicated to overflow, really beautiful. Returning to the house, this is comfortable, with everything you need for a good vacation. To mention a few plus: A/C, Dishwasher, wonderful view, comfortable kitchen with dishwasher. Things to improve:I would only say the bed, I found it a little uncomfortable. Overall everything is very good, thank you Laila for your hospitality!

Sandra was an amazing host, very helpful, kind and accommodating. She looked after us, and helped with any questions and recommendations. Sandra always responded very quickly and made us feel very at home in her Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being quite quiet at this time of year.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing visit. I loved the two air conditioner units that kept the space cool and pleasant. The balcony was a highlight, offering a lovely glimpse of the sea—just a short walk away. The convenience of having an elevator in the building was a great plus. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just minutes away, including the beach and a supermarket. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I am very happy with my experience!

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

The apartment is in a perfect location – both the center and the beach can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The area is safe and very pleasant. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The host Alessandro turned out to be extremely helpful and available in every situation. I stayed in Leonardo's apartment for a week, both for vacation and for smart working. The location is excellent, facing the sea, close to restaurants and shops, and you can easily get around on foot or by bicycle. You can also reach the station in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, as well as being very clean and spacious. Leonardo is a very responsive and available host. Positive experience, I hope to return soon!
