Holiday rentals with breakfast in Montesilvano

Excellent experience. Friendly and clear host in communication. Well-kept apartment, very practical and pleasant to live in. Perfect place for my needs (very close to the University and a practical supermarket; the promenade is rather close). I definitely recommend it and thank you for the hospitality that made me feel good.

The house is very welcoming, located in the countryside with a view of the sea and the mountains on the other side. In fact, the location is optimal if you want to visit both the sea and the mountains. everything is very nice!

Nice place on the hills of Pescara, in a quiet area. Everything was provided, nothing missing for a great stay, parking place appreciated.

Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

Matteo’s House, hosted by Marta, was close to town; extremely well kept; secure parking; and Marta was most helpful in every way. If you’re going to stay in the Penne, or surrounding area, I strongly recommend this property and host. Our stay was for 13 nights.

We spent 6 weekends at Sheryl's. Cozy,clean and tidy house. She was a very sweet and helpful host. We are happy to have found a house to stay in Pescara since we go there often. Thank you for everything, Sheryl

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Roberto is a wonderful person. From the moment we arrived at the house, his kindness and helpfulness was felt incredible. The house was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and cozy. We did not encounter any problems in terms of security, the house was safe. You can choose it with peace of mind, we are very pleased.

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Mansard on the second floor, very quiet and with all the comforts, close to the beach and the center. Giovanni left many things to eat and it was a unique kindness coming to pick us up at the station and with flexible hours. The experience is to be repeated

What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

mauro is a special person, kind and always ready for the customer. i recommend this place because it is very close to the beach and has all the comforts.

We stayed with Paola for two weeks, using her B&B as a base from which to explore Abruzzo. Paola speaks little English. My wife and I speak less Italian. Translation apps on our phones worked well and communication was not a problem. Paola provided useful and accurate recommendations on places to eat. The B&B was exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were delicious and the views from our room and Paola’s gardens are spectacular. We used the fireplace twice. Both times it was cleaned and replenished with logs and kindling the very next morning. The B&B has been modernized in a way that does not to detract from the building’s character. For example, our room had thermostatically controlled radiant heat concealed behind ancient appearing walls. The plumbing is elegant and very modern. The lighting is a bit sparse. The B&B’s location is in an old hamlet of narrow streets that lies five miles up a narrow windy mountain road. if you love that sort of thing, as we do, it’s perfect.

Francesca and Francesco are very pleasant and accommodating hosts who make their guests feel comfortable from the start. The room was nice, and the architecture of the accommodation impressed us. Your hospitality was remarkable, and the good travel tips you gave us were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so every day started perfectly. The fantastic view of the sea and the mountains made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back and can only highly recommend their accommodation!

We so enjoyed our stay with Giulia and her family. They were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. Slept great in a comfortable bed. The best meal we had in Italy was a simple late "lunch" that Giulia made of homemade pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and sweet bread with delicious wine. Guilia provided great ideas of things to do in the area and her place felt like we were "locals" for the 3 nights we stayed. A fun standout, my husband loves gelato. Guilia recommended a place in a town near by. Not only was the drive absolutely beautiful (we took back roads) the gelato was delicious. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Very clean room and freindly service, hope to visit again

Fantastic experience! They still haven't finished this little slice of paradise but we had a great time! They are kind and beautiful people and formidable hosts, in fact they warned us about the closed premises and what were open to them. The views here are wasted and the view from the room is great! Also without it being included they offered us a very good international breakfast made in part of things prepared by them at the moment! I recommend going there and hope they finish the entire villa because it will be fantastic!
