We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice, with comfortable rooms and bed linen in perfect condition. The space is charming, well decorated and conveys a welcoming feeling. The location is great, with several excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of Rio da Prata - perfect for relaxing. Everything was super clean and looked very new, which made all the difference in the experience. Communication with hosts Cecilia and Juan was always quick, clear and very helpful. I highly recommend it! The apartment is divided into 3 floors (the first floor has a living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom, the second floor has two bedrooms and going up the internal stairs there is a penthouse with a barbecue)

Azalia was kind to accommodate our flight schedule and meet us at off hours. The flat was exactly as advertised and in great location!! Lovely ocean views. Walkable to excellent restaurants, grocery, shopping, bus station, beach, and weekend farmers market. There were no unusual instructions for checking in or burdensome procedures for checking out. We stayed a month and would have been very comfortable staying longer.
