Perfect place to disconnect and spend a vacation in nature. Everything is new, very well maintained and with an incredible variety of plants. The pool and jacuzzi are a great extra and the possibility of ordering bread and pastries and having it early in the morning is great. Nearby places to shop and Dinan is a must-see. It is clear that the hosts like their work and their family project ☺️

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

We spent a few days with our three-year-old daughter in this little haven of peace and it did us the greatest good. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and the beautiful setting with the heated pool! Our daughter had a lot of fun in the water and on the trampoline. We were able to visit Dinard and Saint-Malo. The small port of Evran is really adorable. We plan to come back here!

With my family we had a great stay in this accommodation! The host was very welcoming, warm and always available when needed, which made our arrival and stay very pleasant. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, well-equipped and perfectly functional. Everything was as advertised, or even better! We had a fantastic time at Annie's place. The countryside location had the most fantastic views, the sunrise, and sunsets were magical. The location is so calm and relaxing. The house was amazing and had everything our family of 7 needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was extremely clean and tidy. Annie and her husband were magnificent hosts, clear instructions and thoughtful touches and a welcome gift was an amazing surprise. I highly recommend this location, short drive to Rennes and an hour from Saint Malo.

Karine's accommodation is very well located, close to Rennes and quiet, impeccably clean. Karine and her husband were very welcoming and discreet. The rooms are even more spacious than in the photos and the bed is very comfortable. An address I recommend +++

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Excellent welcome from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds are spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. The old and the modern are mixed in a relaxing and pleasant setting where life is good.

Laëtitia is a nice and responsive host. The house is located in a very quiet place in the countryside, close to all amenities. A welcome booklet is available, very complete (map, restaurant suggestions, family outings, sports, etc.) In short, a beautiful place to relax. I recommend without any worries

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
