Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montgomery

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. The Old Cloverdale area is very charming and walkable; many restaurants and cocktail bars within a short walk. The house was perfect for my wife and I to work from while visiting family in the area. Charles was extremely responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures. The carport was nice as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Corey’s house was immaculate with modern furnishings. The house is clutter-free and has the perfect amount of touches to make us feel at home. Corey replied immediately to any of our requests for assistance. He even sent a note about an approaching storm and suggestions for staying safe. We had a fantastic stay.

Comfortable house in a very charming old victorian-style neighborhood. Great for visiting all the sites in town. Also easy if you are just passing through. Farris is really kind and helpful.

The house was just perfect for the 5 of us. The pool was wonderful in both temperature and cleanliness. If we ever find ourselves in need of an Airbnb in Montgomery again, we will be looking to book with Matt again.

John is an amazing host. From the moment I reserved until after we checked out, he was helpful, attentive, friendly and professional. His home is immaculate and well worth the value asked. Quiet, safe neighborhood and close to restaurants & shopping. 100% pleased. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

If your wish is to be within (long) walking distance of downtown or the river, this was ideal. We were six male family members here to see the Biscuits (baseball) game and just have a good time with family who get together infrequently. There is no close nightlife or retail; just a few residential streets and many gov't. buildings in the area. AND, if you're open to walking a mile to center city, you'll find most of what the city offers. I would not call Montgomery "vibrant" or a "wealth" of southern cultural attractions unless you are seeking mainly African-American culture. We did find the Civil Rights Memorial to be most informative and insightful. We appreciated its focus on their struggle for God-given rights. We just missed any other venue featuring history that showed how the people of Montgomery made Alabama an integral part of America's growth and prosperity — which certainly should include the hard works of African Americans. That seemed to be missing.

This place was fantastic. Just as described. Clean, spacious and best of all full kitchen supplies. High end pots and pans which makes cooking and cleaning smooth. Some of my friends also rented airbnb’s and nothing compares to this, this was superior. Felt just at home with plenty of space to cook and relax. Will definitely stay here again. Woth every penny!!!

The neighborhood is very convenient. Secluded and a historic neighborhood, but with downtown and other places within walking distance. The living space is attached to the main house, but is private with its own entrance and small yard and was a great place to stay for a week.

I loved everything about the Alora House! It was super clean, really well taken care of, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space is seriously adorable—every little detail was perfect. You can tell the hosts put a lot of love into it. It felt cozy, welcoming, and like a true home away from home. If you're heading to Montgomery, definitely stay here. I’ll be booking again for sure!

The location was perfect to visit downtown Montgomery and the 3 Legacy sites. We loved that our car was in a gated parking lot. Close to several good restaurants. Studio was the perfect size for us. Kitchen had spices and olive oil. And the mattress was very, very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Host description was very accurate. Will stay there again on our next trip through Montgomery.

Great old place with nice updates! Really tight driveway for my truck but it fit, and there was plenty of room to park and maneuver once behind the house. The bed was very comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the unit I stayed in (just an FYI for anyone that uses one). The bathtub was very comfortable to soak in. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to extend my stay by one night and they were quick to respond and very accommodating. I look forward to staying here again my next trip to Montgomery.

This home is lovely. If you have to be in Montgomery for any length of time, this home is ideal. The Host is attentive and answers questions within minutes. You have your own parking area and a fun outdoor area. During my stay, we started rubbing the mermaid figure outside of the home for good luck! 100% would recommend 👌

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable and a quick 7-8 min drive to downtown Montgomery. Studio apartment walls are thin so expect to hear the main tenants. Gary was a very responsive host!

This property was very easy to find, check in super easy, the place was spotless and the bed linens/pillows/towels were first class. We needed an early checkin the day of arrival and the hosts were very accommodating, would definitely use again. Thank you

Charming little spot in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. The place looks just like the pictures. Parking was easy, lighting outside was good, and though there are a lot of stairs to the second floor, the stay was peaceful and lovely. My host was very helpful and responsive throughout. I hope to stay again one day.
