The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and fully functional. We were able to gather. and have sone nice family dinners together. The weather was nice so we were able to sit outside and also throw the football around in the large back yard. We felt very at home. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

Stayed for a wedding and my birthday weekend. The house was very clean, exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet. Tyrone was very pleasant to communicate with, 10/10 experience would definitely would stay again and recommend.

Very thoughtful amenities, this AirBnB is a great place to stay… I enjoyed the minimalism of the decor, the little things that were put in there to make it comfortable. It’s worth knowing ahead of time that it’s on a busier street and the upstairs has a window AC (rather than being hooked up to the central air). Neither are a problem, just helpful to know for planning.

Tiffany's home was just perfect for our extended family's weekend stay. The common areas were spacious and clutter-free, making it quite childproof for the little ones. The yard and patio were very nice, and there were plenty of nice seating areas. The large closets in a couple of the rooms were very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All in all a great place to stay.

Unique place and convenient to both Hwy 70 and 75. it was nice to have a garage to park the car. I would recommend this place.

Great place especially for the price. It’s close to a lot but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Christina is a great host! Very responsive and helpful, I enjoyed her hosting so much that I’m staying in another one of her units haha. I Highly recommend.

This is the best deal I’ve ever had on Airbnb. It’s a huge apartment, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and quiet. All at a great price. Very satisfied

Stayed at this wonderful apartment space during a UD Reunion weekend. Wonderful quiet spot close to campus. Walmart is walkable down the street for anything you need. Check-in and checkout was well orchestrated. Great instructions.

Te’Jal was an absolutely wonderful host and we really enjoyed staying in her property. It was clean, private, quiet, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it and would stay there the next time I’m in Dayton!

Adam is a great host and is very responsive if you ever need help. He was even able to respond right away when we reached out to him late at night. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for the amount of guests we booked for. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet for when you need to sleep in or enjoy some peaceful downtime. The neighborhood is also very easy to drive in and out of.

Jeremy was quick to respond with any needs or questions I had. The place was clean and had plenty of supplies. I will definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and safe and comfortable. I rented the place to visit my son at the University of Dayton and it is extremely convenient for this purpose. It is a very “bare bones” property, however as there were minimal amenities.

The unit was just like the pictures, was well taken care of and had everything we needed.

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
