The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Legend has it that the notorious pirate Captain Morgan lived in it after burying his treasure in Dvigrad in the Lim Channel. The old stone house was completely renovated in 2023. Within the house there are 2 accommodation units that can be rented individually or together. Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
