If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Accommodation certainly small but very well arranged. Beach at 300 meters. So yes, we went there at the end of June for 2 days at over 30 degrees and no one in the building... I imagine a little more activity in July and August but really it was great The apartment is well-equipped and Corinne was great. Thanks again

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Our stay went very well. Valérie as well as Magali and Stéphane were very responsive and available. The house was very clean and really well equipped. The enclosed land is a plus because we had animals. We were not far from the beach, which is not the most beautiful. As you get closer to Saint-Brévin sud, the beaches are more pleasant and they are not far away. If I had to note a negative point, it would be the traffic diversion that took the avenue Raymond Poincaré in front of the house following tests on a lane for incidents on the bridge of Saint Nazaire. Waze diverts motorists. Unfortunately, the traffic seemed to be less heavy at the time of our departure. I hope this doesn't affect this house, which is very nice.

Randy is a super responsive, courteous, friendly, welcoming host. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we of course recommend...

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

Warm welcome, Alexandra is available for all requests, very good relations. Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, it feels like home, tastefully arranged. The pool is nice and is a plus. Numerous sightseeing tours nearby, particularly the Brière marshes. We would highly recommend it. Looking forward to a future stay
