Ses 3 chambres doubles, sa cuisine, salle à manger, son salon et sa salle de jeux donnant sur la piscine vous offriront tout le confort nécessaire (cafetière à filtres+ machine à expresso). Profitez des animations & du Festival de Carcassonne en juillet et de la Magie de Noël en décembre !

The upper floor is air-conditioned, the ground floor benefits from natural coolness in summer.

It is in an idyllic setting surrounded by greenery that you will have an unforgettable holiday. You will find the swimming pool and its jacuzzi, a fully equipped pool house, and a pétanque court. Children's games are available, Ping Pong table, foosball, garden hut, table/chairs for drawing or making board games. You will be at home, elsewhere

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.
