River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Ashland Aerie

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy the privacy and convenience of this freshly renovated accommodation, with its kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, and desk. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, country style getaway on a wooded 2.5 acre lot, look no further. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in complete seclusion - yet only 30 minutes from Richmond or 20 minutes to Short Pump! Rose Hill (circa 1821) sits on 20 acres and is surrounded by fields and forest. Go for a hike to the South Anna River, enjoy a glass of wine at a nearby winery, sit and watch the trains go by in Ashland (the Center of the Universe - only 10 minutes away), enjoy a round of golf at The Hollows, or simply relax on the patio and soak in the beautiful serenity that is Rose Hill.

Chateau Midlothian Retreat Suite

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2022, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. There is a shared hot tub for guests. Pet fee $50. No aggressive breeds including Pitbulls. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Cleaning Fee is $50.

Pool is open from Memorial Day to early October. This country guest house is very clean with a simple design. It's conveniently located seven miles away from Short Pump where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will experience a quite relaxing retreat without leaving the city. We provide 4G wireless hotspot internet and a comfortable computer working space for business travelers. Grocery stores, business center, and banks are nearby.
