Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

The open floor plan allows you to be in the new kitchen while still enjoying the real fireplace. Also located on the first floor is a full bath and spacious bdrm. Upstairs is where you’ll find the master with full bath. There is a large deck and fire pit which is great for just hanging out. All this and easy access to the Mountain Road shuttle.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
