We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great. Only downside, only the living room is air-conditioned and not the apartment as mentioned in the listing.

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

We arrived 1 hour before the agreed time. After a short call that went better than expected and we were already there, Jaqueline arrived at the apartment after about 20 minutes and let us in. The communication was based on my rudimentary French skills, Jaquelines German and, as they say, with hands and feet. Although there were enough smartphones on site, none of us thought of using Google Translate. After we had been shown and explained everything that belonged to the apartment, we received a few tips regarding food and activities. Since the signs are not sufficient, here is a summary of the apartment: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Tassimo and machine for filter coffee. Living and dining area spacious. Bath, small but completely sufficient. The bedroom is also functional, and the mattress is comfortable to sleep on. 2 fans provide ventilation.

Short stay of 3 nights in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well equipped and very well located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the sea, which only aimed to spend a few days somewhere other than our home and to go shellfish picking.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

A good place to get away, even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and I felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with good swimming allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The center of the village is a 10-minute walk, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, very good value for money , a direct view of the sea, the children also loved it, we will be back as soon as possible. Beretta family.

We came with 4 people, 2 of them young children, and we were pleasantly surprised by the very nice layout of this apartment, which overlooks the port directly but in the quiet part. The beach is a 5-minute walk. A family beach that I recommend with children. The apartment has everything you need to have a good time. A superb Italian shower of beautiful volume and a patio with a shower for the feet full of sand (great idea) and a table for meals. Aline is very kind and super responsive and especially if she can, as far as possible, arrange your arrival and departure times. Highly recommend this apartment. Don't hesitate to go.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. True to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

Small gem right next to the beach, the apartment is very functional (there were 4 of us), the terrace with barbecue is just great. Access to the beach is in less than 2 minutes, it's really great with children. We highly recommend it!

This house offers everything you dream of to gather as a family... a large living room with open kitchen, a terrace equipped with umbrellas, table, chairs and sunbeds to laze in the sun and admire the great blue...beautiful!!! Direct access to the beach, through a pretty "Mediterranean" garden and wooden walkways. Sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms to make cohabitation fluid and enjoyable. We loved this place, its decoration and were very well hosted in place. Recommended ... and redone!
