Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. You can enjoy a pleasant small shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking available in front of the house. Tram 2 to 400 m 30 min to the Comédie on foot or 15 min by tram, 15 minutes to the beach by car. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door. An outdoor jacuzzi available on request. Participation €10/day.
