After renovating the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you inside,interior or antique pavement, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

Il s'agit de la maison dans laquelle je vis avec mes 3 fils une semaine sur 2. Elle est donc louée avec nos affaires dedans. Cependant nous sommes assez minimalistes et elle n'est pas encombrée. Accès à pied aux berges de l'Aveyron baignable, au marché le vendredi, commerce de proximité, bars... Village pittoresque. Nombreux sites d'intérêt touristique à proximité (Bruniquel, Penne, Puycelsi, St Antonin..) et activités de plein air (canoë, accrobranche, escalade, via ferrata, baignades).

Its large living room on the ground floor, its three bedrooms upstairs as well as its exterior with its 7 x 4 m swimming pool and its superb view of the village bell tower will seduce you.

500 meters from the pretty medieval village of Montricoux at the exit of the Gorges de l'Aveyron, this spacious accommodation with nearly 90 m2, converted from an old barn, combines modern comforts and the atypical of the old. The bathroom upstairs has a shower and a bathtub. It is a miller's staircase that serves the floor, so it's quite steep. A beautiful swimming pool shared with the other cottage and we are waiting for you from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
