Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, TV, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Holder's Cottage is a traditional timber-framed structure that sits on 150 acres of woodland at the side of a small country road, fifteen minutes from Elkins and forty minutes from Thomas. The cottage is heated with wood, so winter guests should be comfortable operating a wood stove (or interested in learning!). We can demonstrate operation if necessary. For stays of more than a month, policies change regarding cleaning, amenities provided, and security deposit. Please inquire.
