Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu and 5 minutes from the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, the shutters must be kept closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
