Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum München - nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Ein idealer Ort, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Hauptraum in dem es an sonnigen Tagen immer sehr hell ist, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad, sowie dem Balkon. Der Wohnraum ist freundlich gestaltet, hell und stets warm, das Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind modern gestaltet.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
