Lake house holiday rentals in Moosehead Lake

House was exactly what was listed. Right on the snowmobile trail. Enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be returning next year.

This was our second time at the property, had a great time ice fishing with our kids! Vicki was very helpful and great to deal with!

What a wonderful time we had. The location is even more beautiful than the photos show. The home was perfect for us. We loved the beautiful yard and access to the water. We went for trail runs and bike rides, a moose tour, canoeing, and stargazing. The kids and dogs were in the water daily, the grown ups almost as often! The kitchen and bathroom are immaculately clean. No bugs like another guest had mentioned, none! The washer and dryer worked great and made for a huge time saver when we were back home unpacking with clean laundry. Breakfast on the screened in porch was lovely. Tracey was an excellent host and we would be very excited to join again in the future. The kids said it was the BEST spot ever!

Spent 5 days here as a vacation with my wife and daughter. Great spot on Sebec Lake. Khal was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The house was had a relaxing open concept that was very clean and had a great Kitchen that made preparing meals fun. The lake was fairly quiet which allowed for some good kayaking and swimming. Watching the sunset off the dock was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best time on Sebec lake. The house is beautifully done and was perfect for our family. We enjoyed boating and going into town. Angela and Bill did a phenomenal job updating the house and even though we lost power it didn't disrupt us since they have a generator! The house was so well stocked it made staying there easier and we could cook in the beautiful/open kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect. My only complaint is we couldn't stay longer!

The house was clean and comfortable, and our hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating. We booked at the last minute, and we felt warmly welcomed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their home with us.

Second time staying here. Same as the first, beautiful place, clean, cozy. Easy trail access, gas, restaurants, grocery, parts, all close to the house. Highly recommend, owner was very responsive and respectful.

We were in town for our son’s wedding on October 12, 2024. Perfect location near the venue but private. It happened to be horrific winds that day and we lost our power along with thousands of Mainers. Bill and Amy was communicating with us and letting us know they would turn on the generator and get us water. Luckily by the time the reception was over power had been restored. We look forward to coming back next year. Oh and PS my husband said that the shower alone was worth a 5 star review 😂🤗

Emily's Place on Indian Lake was on point . The cabin was comfortable, well stocked and extremely clean !! Sitting in the woods was very relaxing. Watching the loons and ducks & stars at night was awesome !! Emily & Chris went out of their way to provide a list of things to do suggestions and places to eat in the area. Definitely a positive 5 star experience !!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heather's charming Airbnb on Moosehead Lake, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene beauty of the location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the cabin. The cabin itself is an absolute gem—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for while retaining a rustic, cozy feel. We particularly loved the spacious deck overlooking the lake, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and watched the sunset every evening. Great place to stay in Rockwood. This place is very quiet and comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed. we stayed 5 days and didn't really want to leave and I would highly recommend staying here. Kaity was responsive but we really didn't need anything. We actually slept better here than we do at home.

A great house for a large family or multiple friends. We had a great stay. The house is comfortable and nice. We love walking to the public beach which is close by and has a small playground. We’ll be back!

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. It is very tastefully decorated and free of clutter with a lot of space to store your stuff. It is a great location near the water and the kayaks are an added bonus. The outdoor seating area and the fire pit allowed us to spend most of our time enjoying the outdoors.

Our party of 8 had an amazing time! The lake is beautiful. The house is walking distance to town. I would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to that part of the country.

Very easy to get to, instructions were sent before our stay and they were clear and easy to follow. I messaged Corey before we arrived with some questions and he responded right away. The cabin was nice, great views, and clean. We went for a fishing trip and the location could not have been better. Thanks for the great stay

My wife and I came to see the autumn foliage in Maine and could not have wished for a more beautiful location. Boyd Lake was gorgeous, surrounded by the autumn trees which were reflected by the lake. The cabin had all the amenities required and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Jenn and Eric were great hosts -- very responsive to our needs. We also took day trips to Bar Harbor and Camden, both very delightful. Highly recommended,

Great host great stay ,give this place a try you will have zero regrets. We stayed here to snowmobile and had a blast. The host is very communicative and informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip.
