An iconic Moosehead Lake property with 500 feet of private waterfront, situated on 8 acres and possibly the best view of Mount Kineo. The opportunities to enjoy this home during all seasons are endless. From boating and swimming in the summer, beautiful foilage in the fall, to fishing and snowmobiling in the winter and spring. Some of the best fishing on the lake is off of our shoreline. ITS 86 runs directly in front of the house. Access to dock, mooring included. Ample parking.

This idea is what inspired us to build our upscale apartment and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. Whether you’re here to hike, boat, ski at the nearby Big Squaw Mountain Resort, spend the day hiking dozens of local trails, or shopping downtown, this new apartment puts you in the middle of all the action.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Cottage 1: Lake View

Cottage 1 is a two bedroom, one bath cottage that has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed in the secondary bedroom. This cottage is perfect for a group of 4. Comes with complementary coffee and sundries. Please refer to the aerial view of the cottages, to see associated cottage numbers. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Beautiful Riverside cottage, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy one room cottage with enclosed porch with a view of the river and the Appalachian Trail crossing. Surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, rafting right outside your door.

Moosehead Lakefront Camp

Ideal for whole families or groups of fishermen/snowmobilers. This lakefront camp has direct access to Moosehead Lake with a dock to keep a boat if bringing one. You can fish or ice fish just steps away from the camp. Great for relaxing on the porch or fire pit and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life!
