Holiday rentals with lake access in Moosehead Lake

Abigail’s place is perfect. Cozy, serene, and beautiful. You feel immediately at home when you walk in, the view from the windows is incredible. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch, looking out at the water, and watching for wildlife. The rooms were pristine and the pillows were beyond comfy. The addition across the kitchen was the ultimate place to lounge and relax - kid friendly too with day beds. We had a great experience and I can’t recommend this place enough. Our host left a couple of personalized touches which made the trip feel that much more special. Thank you Abigail for a great experience!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious property, perfect for our large family! The fully stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, accommodating everyone's needs. The amenities, especially the kayaks, added an extra layer of fun to our trip. Exploring the surrounding wildlife was a highlight, and we were thrilled to spot 14 moose during our stay. This place truly offers a wonderful blend of comfort and adventure for families. Highly recommended!

Very nice old time Maine home. Comfortable and homey. Serval nice places to sit and relax. Very comfortable beds. There is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor.

Beautiful location, accommodating host and very responsive and flexible. The place is a hidden gem right next to the lake. It is in a very secluded setting, definitely worth it.

There were five of us 60 something girls in our group on a trip to do some hiking. The house was in a great location to get us to Gulf Hagas - it’s just off the KI Road. 3 of us hiked on the one sunny day we had while there, beautiful hike if you’re up for it. It rained most of the stay but still plenty to do and the house was so comfortable, laid out well, spacious - it has it all! Plenty of games, sofas and comfy blankets for relaxing, just peaceful. The beds are comfortable, great kitchen equipment for cooking, etc. You can tell this is their home away from home. We will definitely try to rent again if this house is available when we come again!

You cannot beat the location of this property. If you're interested in boating, fishing, or wildlife watching, it doesn't get any better than this. The property itself has all the amenities you'd need for a vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen kitchen, comfortable furniture, and all the linens you'd need.

Clean, Comfortable and a great view of the lake!

Needed a weekend to recharge and this was the place to do it! Already love the moosehead area but to find places like this makes it top notch!

What a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming stay!! "Pleasant" is a total understatement and we highly recommend staying at this lovely, beautifully updated, and spotlessly clean home. The hosts could not have been more welcoming, responsive, accommodating and hospitable. Monson, Maine is a gem too - we felt particularly grateful to be there over Memorial Day weekend to recognize that solemn and meaningful day. The General Store truly had everything - delicious deli food, fresh tasty coffee, local products (maple syrup & other tasty souvenirs), household supplies -- and the lake is stunning! Ten stars!

This is a great spot, convenient to lots of outdoor activities in the area. The studio has super comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, and even some nice touches like throw blankets, books, and games for days you want to stay in and get cozy.

Beautiful, secluded spot right on 1st Roach Pond. Easy, clear access. Place was comfortable and clean and offered many play toys for the water (kayak, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board) and a very nice dock. Great access to other trails and Lily Bay State Park. We were visited by a loon and wild turkey, as well as many neighboring ducks. Lovely and peaceful getaway.

Out of the way, peaceful and stocked with pretty much anything you could need in case you forget something. Clean and comfortable and the host is friendly and makes sure you know everything you need to about the cottage and the area around it.

Darcey was always responsive and honest about the cottage and location. The cottage was updated while still maintaining the rustic and original feel. All appliances worked and there were plenty of water craft to keep us occupied.

Absolutely loved this spot! Super easy to drop your boat at the boat launch 5 Mins down the road and then have it right out front all week! The house was exactly as pictured if not better. It was clean, cozy and they were super responsive! Would 100% stay again!

My family of three had a great time at this camp. It’s a lovely remote getaway and nice spot for swimming, BBQing, camp fires and has a beautiful view of Borestone Mountain.

We had a wonderful stay at the Patten House. It is a treat to stay there and simply walk across the street for a fabulous meal at the Quarry Restaurant. Great place for exploring Monson and Greenville. We hope to return soon.

Stayed with our two kids during the week. The cabin is spacious, comfortable, private, nice, and has a great view of the lake. The decor is very tasteful and has a "feel-good" quality. Kitchen was well stocked. Great deck, outdoor space, swimming and fishing access off of the dock. Alice provided helpful directions to the cabin. Great stay, we'd go back.

The most beautiful view and cozy quiet surroundings. Fished right off the dock. Wish we could have stayed longer! Loons put us to sleep at night on the upstairs bedroom. it was flawless perfection! Wish we could buy it! lol

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had everything we possibly needed (except a lobster pot :)). It was clean, comfortable and beautiful view. Can't ask for anything better on Sebec Lake. Our family will surely return in the future. Thank you Janice for sharing a piece of your home.
