Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The picturesque natural scenery offers countless opportunities to enjoy all seasons: The ski paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region in conjunction with Ski amadé is at your doorstep. The Enns Valley offers several 18-hole golf courses and a variety of hiking and biking tours. From the end of May to mid-October, our guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card.

Sit inside this cosy wooden house, or enjoy the garden to have those stunning views on the mountains. Hqve a BBQ, sit around the fireplace down at the stream or relax in the garden. Just a 15 minutes walk into the center of Gröbming with shops and restaurants. Stoderzinken - voted most beautiful place of Austria in 2022 is just up the road. There are lovely walks directly from the house as well. New: Sommercard includes many cable cars in the region as well as many entries.

Our farm is the perfect place to escape and leave everyday stress behind. Chalet Leo is the ideal starting point for many hikes, exciting and action-packed excursion destinations and offers the best possible relaxation surrounded by nature with magnificent views. Many ski resorts can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!
