A wide range of leisure activities: hiking, cycling and Nordic walking routes, swimming, golf, tennis, toboggan runs in summer and ski slopes in winter at the "Erbeskopf" recreation area.

Hiking, canoeing and draisine rides are possible from Medard. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
