I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

we booked this apartment last minute on our way back to the uk, what an absolute delight, so retro and stylish, extremely comfortable bed, clean, fabulous city view and close to all amenities that Rennes has to offer. Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

I came to Rennes to take a competition, and I had a great stay! The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Exhibition Center, really great. It is set back from a main city axis, in a quiet street. Émilie even told me how to get to the shops on foot. The accommodation is very pleasant and well arranged. If I have a chance, I would come back without hesitation:)

The house is really close to everything, which is great to have some nice exploring by walking. As a plus, the house is super well designed and organized, perfect for a couple and can even accommodate kids. There’s no noise and you can have a restful night after a long exploring day. Stéphanie was always super responsive and helpful, even providing us some nice places to try regional food. Rennes is a surprising cool city! We loved the vibe. Thank you for having us!

We spent a family weekend in the heart of old Rennes where the accommodation is ideally located. The apartment is well soundproofed despite the age of the building (which is a historical marvel). The bedding is of good quality. The Saturday morning market at the foot of the apartment and all the must-see places within a 10-minute walk, a real plus for discovering Rennes in a short time.

Anthony’s place was great for our 3 nights in Rennes. The location is great, walkable to many places. The apartment is very clean and quiet, bed sheets were very clean, and bed was comfortable. It has every thing we could asked for. Anthony also accommodated our special request. Highly recommend his place. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Marine's accommodation fully met our expectations. She was flexible with the arrival time, which we really appreciated. To our pleasant surprise, the space was larger than expected. Communication with Marine was excellent, and we found the bedding comfortable as well as the equipment perfectly suited.

Another reservation at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!
