Shopping Center is 1/2 mile away with a Food Lion and various shops and restaurants. 10-minute drive to the bars, restaurants, and fishing charters of downtown Morehead City and 15-minute drive to historic downtown Beaufort.

We look forward to hosting you at Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the sound with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .

The house is walking/biking distance to downtown Morehead City, a short five minute drive to Beaufort and Atlantic Beach, and is located in the center of numerous activities. Beach towels & chairs, pickleball paddles, corn hole, tennis racquets, beach wagon, and numerous beach toys for the little ones. Private back yard & fenced in patio.
