The strategic location will allow you to comfortably reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the historic Piazza del Popolo di Fermo, many of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
