Totally exceeded our expectations! Janine is very, very helpful and quick to respond. The views are stunning. The place is better than the photos. It is so spacious and well equipped. Plus there is lots to do. We had two toddlers with us and they were never bored. Highly, highly recommend a stay here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – perfekt für ruhige Morgenkaffees oder entspannte Abende am Wasser. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, ideal zum Abschalten und Natur genießen. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Coedfa Hall and the small adjoining house exceeded expectations - it is the most beautiful old house, full of character and charm with more than a dollop of old-world glamour and grandure....everything felt so special and yet we felt right at home. Our host had clearly thought so carefully about meeting guests' needs, with everything you need for a big family get together - well-equipped kitchen, amazing dining room, roaring fires, comfy sofas and a beautiful garden with multiple scenic sitting spots. Such a fantastic place, and amazing walks direct from the house! We will be back for another multi-generational gathering very soon!

Gorgeous lodge, walking distance to the beach. Lodge is set in a caravan park but is private and fenced off with a separate entrance. Really quiet and peaceful area. Loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Check in easy and friendly. Large parking area, and pool for swimming if the weather is on your side. Views from the cottage fantastic on a clear day. Great location for access to Snowdon and lovely scenic towns to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

The stay was great..she was very caring.The caravan was very clean and cozy.The place is wonderful around the mountain.We will definitely go back there

We have stayed in many houses in Llanbedrog over the years but this is one of our favourites and we will would love to book another stay here! Super comfortable and in a great location!

Description & images accurate, a lovely property, very spacious, great bedroom space & nice that each one benefitted from an en-suite. Property very difficult to find as sat nav stops before where the property is located......you need to keep driving & follow a farm track for about half a mile & then turn off left.

Lovely stay in this cottage that’s bigger than it looks. We appreciated the beautiful planting in the garden, which offers privacy as well as something lovely to look at. We had a great BBQ and really enjoyed having the outside space.

We had a brilliant Easter family break at Alynfa barn. The house is stunning. A really relaxing calming space with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the unique furniture and fittings especially the amazing lampshades. The beds were really comfy and the location is quiet with beautiful views over the lake. The upstairs lounge and balcony was well used for hanging out with drinks and snacks in the evening, looking over the lake. The hot tub was also a bonus and we loved playing boules and football in the garden. We enjoyed a great meal at the Oystercatcher restaurant just 5mins walk away. Rhosniegr is also walkable where we enjoyed eating at the Sandymount. The views and beaches nearby are incredible and we were really lucky with the weather. We were sad to leave!

Ideal location and great for all ages. It suited our 3 generations ideally. Great for the dogs too as the garden was secure and the beach literally a 5 minute walk away. The house was well equipped and comfortable, would happily return for another stay!!

We had a lovely stay this weekend as a family . The location is perfect – just a short drive to the beach and local shops, which was super convenient. The home itself was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. Communication from Catherine was excellent throughout – she made everything easy and stress-free with clear instructions on how to access the property, was also such a nice touch to arrive and find milk and cakes waiting for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay. Superb spacious house with really a good lay out. Very clean throughout. Outdoor area was also superb with amazing views out to sea. Hot Tub was a winner for all the family. Rod/Mel great hosts with good recommendations for near by restaurants and pubs as well as local activities. Highly recommend this house especially for families with children (ours were 2yrs - 13yrs).

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Garth Gell. The kids loved exploring the woods and streams and it was great getting back to basics and staying cosy with the aga and wood burners.

We had an amazing stay at Penlan. The property itself is done perfectly and has everything you would need, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. There is a lot of attention to detail throughout the property. The garden is gorgeous, sitting with a coffee watching the birds every morning was so peaceful. And that view is astonishing. The dogs also loved having a good open space to run around. We and the dogs also loved chilling by the log burner every night. I think only having a TV in the snug rather than conservatory added to the properties calmness. There is lots to visit within 15-45 minute drives. We definitely recommend - • Maes Parcio Ynys Llanddwyn, Newborough Beach - is so beautiful. • Beddgelert is also a good day out, a lot of hiking routes from there. • The town of Porthmadog followed by a trip to Black Rock Beach (where you can drive your car along the sand.) Which is a great accessible option for those who may struggle to walk from the carpark to the beach.

Carolyne is an absolute pleasure to deal with and gave plenty of recommendations of places to visit. The house was gorgeous, right next to the bridge and the views were amazing. We had a little baby & the travel cot was set up for us. Would highly recommend

The cottage was architecturally and practically so well formed for a lovely stay for two. We loved the coastal view from the cottage and garden space to sit out in. It was set in the historic town of Harlech just around the corner from the castle. There were good local amenities and some lovely local walks as well as being accessible to Snowdownia National Park hikes etc. The host was excellent at communication and made the process very easy .

A great place to stay in walking to distance to Abersoch cafes and beaches. The property is a good spec with a great garden space for kids. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Ginny's beautiful home. The decor was well considered and comfortable, and we felt immediately at home. We had everything we needed for our family of four with two children under ten, and we loved spending our evenings relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, our daughters loved the bath, and we enjoyed the wood burner and fire pit. The location is fantastic for exploring Morfa Nefyn and the peninsula, and we would highly recommend staying here to all types of groups. We would love to come back, and can't speak highly enough of our stay.

Perfect location, cosy, homely, had everything needed, loved the pictures, plenty of mirrors, spotlessly clean, the welcome folder was so helpful and the host has literally thought of everything including where you can purchase the pictures in the house. Feedback- would benefit from an airfryer in kitchen, shower could be hit and miss too hot/cold, mattress in the smaller double bedroom (down stairs) not comfortable. I would recommend taking own pillows. Overall we loved it and we will be re-booking ASAP.

We had a great time here - second bedroom was the perfect size for my two daughters (10 & 12) to not be on top of each other but share a room. Great location and lovely and clean
