Just a 10-minute drive from Courmayeur, the conservative renovation of this "Antica Baita" gives a unique and exclusive space. Independent hut on three sides in a sunny village. Accommodation in two floors. Parking in front of the house, convenient and free. Ground floor: entrance, double room with wood stove and bathroom. First floor: bright and panoramic living room with kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, large windows and two balconies with open views of the valley and mountains.

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

The apartment is in the heart of Pré-Saint-Didier, a short walk from the spa and the bus stops for Courmayeur and La Thuile. Starting in July 2023, my apartment has an agreement with Qc Terme Pré-Saint-Didier. I will take care of the reservation so that my guests can take advantage of the discount reserved for me.
