You will love being 2 minutes away (walking) from to 2 ski lifts and all small businesses (bakery, restaurants, ski rental, groceries). Free parking and ski storage. IMPORTANT: no cleaning service or linen service available - guests will therefore have to bring their sheets and towels and clean before departing.

Place de parking dans la cour. 4 couchages : chambre avec lit 2 places et canapé-lit convertible dans le salon (la chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nombreux rangements.

This accommodation perfectly located in the heart of the Giffre Valley offers easy access to all the surrounding sites (Lake Morillon, Sixt-fer-à-cheval, Samoëns, Col de Joux-Plane etc.) Central, close to shops and cable car Ski bus at the foot of the residence. Bed linen and towels included in the cleaning fee. Breakfast essentials. Note: The staircase is steep enough for the upstairs bedrooms and is not suitable for small children. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).
