Friendly hosts who put a lot of effort and thought into their home. Communicated well and their home was exactly as described - in nature and high-end amenities for a family. Would recommend to anyone.

This was a gorgeous place with beautiful furnishings, warmth and charm! We will travel out of our way for a revisit. Very highly recommended!

The house was spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately, to no fault of the host, power was lost for 2 hours on Saturday. It only posed a problem because 5 people were trying to get ready to attend a wedding at Winvian during that time! The other hiccup was that my granddaughter came to visit while her parents were at Winvian preparing for her uncle's wedding. The listing mentioned baby items, such as a crib, high chair, toys, etc. We couldn't find them. Maybe you have to request them to be able to use them? We made due but it just added an extra challenge. The house is very close to Winvian and was very helpful for going back and forth between the 2 places. As a previous review mentioned, the driveway situation is a bit precarious but in the end, it wasn't as difficult as it first appeared. If I found myself in that area again, I would definitely book it.

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

Erin was a great host and gave great recommendations. The house is cozy and in a great location. My daughters and I had a great time and the home had everything we needed.

The house is exactly what we needed and very well located. Near restaurants, in a beautiful neighborhood and privacy. It was clean, with a big pool, a lot of space outside and with all amenities that was described. I liked so much because the house is very illuminated . I want to stay in it again .

My wife, our two kids, and our friends who also have kids had a spectacular time staying at Lindsey's over Memorial Day Weekend. We booked last minute but were very pleasantly surprised at how much fun we ended up having in the area as well as Lindsey's place in particular. It's a beautiful house, immaculately kept, easy check in and check out, with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. There were all kinds of really fun activities for the kids and us both at the house and in the surrounding neighborhoods which made our stay memorable. Jerry is an amazing host and has a great place to stay. You will find everything you need for a short or long stay with the full kitchen. The AirBnb is in a quiet part of Waterbury, right on the edge, and has a grocery store less than 10 minutes away by car on a low traffic side road. Highway 84 is less than 10 minutes in the other direction and lets you go explore the rest of Connecticut and return back after a long day with ease. This is our second time staying at this AirBnb and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

Janet's place was perfect for my visit. plenty of space in the apartment to spread out. it had everything I needed and didn't feel cluttered. and it was squeaky clean.

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Very clean and comfortable! Tatenda is so sweet and responsive. Walkable to Yale and great restaurants, but also includes covered, safe parking in the building. We had fun grilling a dinner by the outdoor pool. Well-equipped workout rooms and the coffeemaker in the lobby was amazing offering a variety of options. We enjoyed everything about this Airbnb and will likely be back! Thank you Tatenda and Hyatus!

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

We were recently in town to visit family, staying at Traci’s made our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of the brook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thank you Traci!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

The space was very nice, spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to the highway and all other locations I planned on visiting during my stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The host Oomi was very reachable and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

Obinna is a great host and this apartment is so comfortable and lots of space to stretch out. Fully stocked kitchen and there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Two 65", high end tvs and the mattresses on the beds are sooo nice. Obinna puts effort in where a lot of hosts cheap out, which really makes this pad special. It's tough to get an open spot here on the calendar, but, if get the chance, make your reservation here. It's the best in the area.

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

Muna was incredible start to finish with my stay. Helpful, communicative and accommodating. Place was perfectly as described. Genuinely recommend a stay at her place!
