Supermarket within 15 minutes on foot or only 3 minutes by car. Bus stop outside the door (3 min. walk). Downtown: depending on traffic conditions, it can be reached in 15 minutes

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a full kitchen, depending on the occupancy.
